I did a search for this and the horsebox one and I don't think it's SIAL

The vans in the pics have the same plate, but there are a lot of chances between them.

I was having a good look at this the other day and could not decide if it was real or not. I did think you had to have a clearly marked van to do speed checks in. Even if those "clear" markings we on the side of the van you could not see.

If they did want to have a sneaky speed trap van they have really gone to town. A whole badly done respray, work done to the bumpers etc.

It may be an ANPR camera. Or the van has been auctioned off from the police
