Default Dress Code In Liverpool?

I'm on a stag do tomorrow night in Liverpool but have no idea what the dress code is. Obviously i'll wear smart jeans and shoes but up top not got a clue!!

Is it shirt only? T Shirts with collars or can I get away with a trendy type normal T shirt??

Anyone from Liverpool able to help?

10 minutes and not one shell suit comment?

I haven't been round Liverpool in ages, but we've always gone out in a shirt, whereas Manchester I always go out in a t-shirt.

I was there last saturday on a stag do. Bit of a mix, some wore t shirts type tops, some shirts, some jumpers. Mix of pants and jeans. All footwear was smart shoe type though

Could work, Education standards

Labour the party to blame for anything and everything they replaced Thatcher since she started slurring her words, well you can't pick on the aflicted. Though Mr Brown seems to suffer from fur ball syndrome the way he seems to want to gesture vomiting as he speaks on camera

It's even funnier when it goes way over some peoples heads.

Whatever you wear make sure its tight otherwise it might be lifted without you knowing. At least if it's tight it'll be classed as a fight.

Eh? That's only because, A) We're afraid to go. B) We don't pause long enough to be robbed. C) We don't park our cars there.
Most everyone I know has never been to Liverpool, unlike Manchester, Leeds etc., and would never consider going.
Not surprising the crime level is falling

Although people can be more aggressive at some places than others, depending upon what mindset they have, what values, beliefs, and self-concept they develop by learning from the surrounding.

Not just Liverpool city itself but the nearby places to L'pool are not always safe either. Over a year ago, my lad went socialising in Berkinhead with his mates. He was glassed for absolutely no reason. He was just sitting on the sofa, minding his own business. The nightclub didn't even bother ringing police, they instead assisted the criminals to do one. He was damn lucky to have escaped lethal head injuries but some cuts with heavy bleeding.

Liverpool city is patchy with crime. One can spot placid and aggressive sides at very small distances there. I have been working in the high risk areas of Liverpool for over a year now. I have come across some very civil people, and some impossible ones. Just accent can't be the judging point for people though IMO. I wonder if some realise that the influx of the Irish, Welsh and others (ref: slavery period) at Victorian times gave birth to the current Liverpudlian accent. Liverpool gets credit to give many renowned and well-literate personalities too. I hope one day the place has less crimes and faces more development.

I was pointing out at the origins of the Liverpudlian accent by stating that Irish, Welsh and others along with the natives developed it together. The accent (in the form it is now) didn't exist prior to that. TBH, it's a good thing that Irish saved their lives from Potato fungus epidemic and ran to L'pool. Welsh found employment in Liverpool, not a bad thing either. Slave industry was never good, we all know that. That's what I was saying.
In favour of L'pudlian accent, it has an ability to make one laugh > Not every accent has that. So, it deserves a kudos for that.
