Default House Maids Knee

Just got back from the doctors as I thought I'd damaged my knee at the gym and have been told its House Maids Knee

Anyone else had this?

Oh yes, but in men its called clergyman's knee. Hurts like mad, take lots of Ibruprofen and less doggy style for a week!

Yeah it really hurts, I've some Diclofenac tablets so hoping that will help abit.

It`s proper name is bursitus. I get it in my knee, had it very bad last year ended up on 4 different tablets for it as it got infected. Got it in my elbow this year as well.
You can get it from a sharp blow to a joint or from pressure on the joints for long periods.
Can take up to 6 weeks to go.

I believe that means you are required to wear special 'medical' outfits and it will make you better.
