Default Ever let yourself down by not stopping a crime?

Just got home and still feeling peeded off about something that happened at lunchtime...

I was taking some parcels out with the parcel man to his van from the office and noticed a guy walking past the van with a box. I was facing one side he was on the other, he looked a bit scabby to me but I didnt think much off it as there are lots of people near my office that look the same. I went to get another load of parcels and was thinking about this guy he was carrying a miele box (about the size of the microwave) and i was thinking, no one sells miele in town????

I said to the driver you didnt have a miele box in the side did you?

yes!

He was long gone I ran down in the direction he had gone in and it had only been about 30 seconds but no sign, still annoyed about it now

Drivers fault really as the slam locks were not working on the side door but I am still in a mood about it, thats what happens when you work near a prison hostel!

And a pretty unpleasant inference too!

Well done for trying to stop the thief. If more people would try like that it might just slow the crime wave down a bit.
