I'm in the early stages of setting up my own payroll services company and I would like to know what you think is the most important factors that you would look for when selecting a company to look after your payroll?

Would it be:

Cheapest?
Transparent Pricing?
Trustworthy? Reputation?
Environmentally aware - carbon neutral?
Simple to use? No jargon?

Feel free to let me know any others that you can think of, your help is appreciated.

I've just been through this exercise actually and chose my own existing accountants as they are lumping more and more work in for a not too significantly higher price so maybe it's worth considering additional available services as well?
