Building plans
#2
depends on how old the house is for them to be online, or if its had any extensions done fairly recently, either go to planningportal.gov (might be of some help but possibly not a lot) or call your local authority.
Failing that check your deeds etc and send them to someone to draw them up electronically.
sorry cant be of more help.

if its a house built in the last few years you should be able to nip to your local council offices and they will copy them onto A1 for you, howeverif you're looking at saving money on extension plans etc you rely on the ones you get being correct, It won't cost you much to have them drawn from scratch and then who ever does them won't have any excuses for errors. Take it from someone who has been there and got that t-shirt!
