There is something far more shocking but lucky...

A few years back Bromley A&E shut down with Farnborough's hospital being expanded and the only A&E for miles......
After loads of warning that it "could" happen.... this plane has missed the massive hospital by about 1/4 mile !

Doesn't look like there was a house where it hit (if so very lucky). Just one badly damaged house (roof gone)

The BBC have said the owners of 1 house are on holiday and the people in the other managed to get out.

Looks like their all just guessing at the moment, which is no suprise really.

The pictures certainly seem to disagree with there being no house involved.
I think it might be just the one. Going on the Google map images, but one the pics seemed to show a very badly damaged house.... hmmm

Who's insurance would pay for that ?

Do plane's have to be insurance in case of things like that, will be devastating for the owners of the houses, especially the one that just doesnt exist any more, everything gone, photos and every single thing you own, obviously not as bad as those in the plane and their families but still devastating.

Heart breaking to think how much they have lost that cant be replaced
In general the home insurance will take care of it, and seek the third party to reimburse them.

Apparently two of the people in the plane are:

David Leslie (ex Touring Car driver): David Leslie (racing driver - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

and

Richard Lloyd (another ex racing driver, and boss of Apex Motorsport) - Richard Lloyd (racing driver - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Has any theory emerged at to what caused this, the only one I heard was an uncontained turbine failure ?
