Time for some new ink on ones skin
A nice new canvas found on my right thigh, and a rather interesting piece decided on.
Been to Rising Phoenix in Leighton Buzzard today to see Heather about a custom piece to cover my right thigh, and my GOD she has come up with an amazing piece.
Fingers crossed work starts in 3 weeks. First sitting to get the outline done, which should be about 3 hours
SO excited
Anyone planning some ink soon?
I will be sure to post some pics of the WIP

Snazy, being you are a fellow clearly interested in this art, do you know of anywhere in the UK that offers Ta Moko style tattoos, i was going to have one when i was in New Zealand. However in the middle of a rugby tour it wasn't the best idea as the Kiwis were already inflicting enough pain on my body .

lol I would agree.......... to an extent. Pointless, drunken choices with no meaning are a bit sad lol
However, things with meaning, marking occasions, for those who feel this is a good way to commemorate such things, now that I have time for
Lisa, aaaaaaaah well, would not be the first time I have started trouble eh lol
Jimmy, sounds good. Mine is a Japanese theme, with carefully chosen symbols, certain phrases and other details indicated, and a "tribute" to what my life amounts to up to this point. The things I feel are special to me
Rob, off the top of my head, no, but I will be sure to ask about Someone in one of the shops must know.

Aaaah cool, fair play mate. Look forward to seeing it. Who did the design out of interest?
Was stunned watching the design develop on the paper as I spoke, it just appeared, like she was reading my mind.
With her own twist on it, I could not have asked for more.
Expecting the design in a couple of weeks time, then make any changes and then its time to zone out for a few hours

Rob, always seems to be the way, sadly a few of the artists are a little up their own ***** too, so pick and choose who they reply to etc

Although I think Spoon is probably just having a laugh, he may be referring to the way you phrased your comment, particularly using the word proper, and making out that people with tattoos are less than clever to put it kindly. Don't worry I think he's just having a laugh.
Some people are just so judgemental.
