Default Garage work / damage to car?

I had my car mot'd around the 15th feb,

it failed on some welding to the rear of the offside sill, and the offside front tyre.

left the car with them, and collected it 3 days later.

all seemed ok and thought no more about it..

today i parked up at tesco,s to do a shop, and when i came out, and was walking back to the car, i thought it looked odd.

bearing in mind, when i park at home i,m only a few feet from the house, and never see the car at a full side on view.

also when i park at work, i always approach it from the nearside.

on closer examination, the sill cover / side skirt, has a huge dent in it, and the jacking point is all folded over. Now i know its got some rust down there, and it could have contributed to problem, but i know have a knacked sill and jacking point.

No one else has worked on the car, and i havnt done anything myself, it hasn't occurred due to me hitting anything, as the damage is to contained (ie jack head)

what do you reckon i should do, bearing in mind it was over 3 weeks ago?
