ebay vouchers, rip off or do they work?
i got an ebay voucher through the post and have just tried to use it on a DVD. when i put in the the redemption code it said it didn't apply to this purchase.
on the letter it said no minimum spend so this can't be the problem, are these vouchers tied into only some sorts of items or is this a typical ebay con to get you spending?

We've noticed you haven't been visiting us as much as usual - we miss you! So we're offering you £7.50 of delight to spend on any single item on eBay.co.uk before March 21.*
Just shop with sellers who accept PayPal and enter your voucher code: ******* during the checkout process (make sure you select PayPal as your payment method).
But hurry, this voucher runs out in only two weeks! Tick tock...

The paypal and ebay accounts HAVE to use the same email address, if they dont match, it wont allow the discount to be used.
