BOOB JOBS
My wife is having a boob job before we go on holiday in July. We have looked at a few different options and there seems to be a great clinic in Belgium and Germany, both a lot cheaper than here. Has anyone used a clinic abroad for their partners Boob job, and what was involved and the follow up etc... I'll tell you now because your bound to ask, she's having a DOUBLE D

I think we need to take a step back here to try to help. do you have any before pics so we can judge if we think she needs one or not?
It may be that this could be a waste of money of she already has great shirt spuds (AND WHILST AM AM SURE YOU YOURSELF ARE A GREAT JUDGE IN NEVER HURTS TO HAVE SECOND OR THIRD OPINIONS)and also help the enviroment by cutting down on unnecessary travel.
This is purely selfless and to help

I can see this turning into an "interesting" thread LOL.
A couple of my pals have had boob jobs - the first is a size zero dress but has felt the need for a 36DD chest - which quite frankly looks awful! The second is of a slightly bigger build (still petite) and also went for 36DD - and hers do look.... OK - feel very firm though but thats another story LOL
Anyway, I think the size your wife goes depends totally on her build. As for location - i've known a few horror stories and for that matter, wouldn't suggest going abroad.
Both of my friends live in essex and both went to Holly House Hospital and both had no problems what so ever.
It is a big thing to commit to doing - and your wise to look into it - but I think, you get what you pay for and if it means shelling out an extra grand to be looked after in THIS country, where if there are any problems afterwards you can quickly be seen by your consultant - i think I'd rather pay the extra myself.

My missus had her's done by The Hospital Group here in the UK, she was really happy with the whole experience & is having a second op in the near future.

My girlfriend had hers done 2 years ago here in the UK, went from a 30c to a 30F and I must say they are quality, best 4K she has ever spent!!

South Africa is the best place to go. Cheaper, and due to the weather, a holiday aswell. I know 3 girls that have had theirs done in S.A. Tremendous jobs, scarring was miniminal too.
A number of ex girlfriends had ***** jobs. Always look great in a top, preferrably a string type. However, depending on where the implant is placed, above or below the muscle, can influence how they feel. Also, the size / cut of the implant, and what fluid is used can change things.
Personally, I love them, but also beaware that 50% of implants cause the girl to loose / reduce the sensation in her nipples.

In my experience (extensive) false breasts feel just that- false. Not only that your wife runs the risk of medical complications.
Only my opinion but why mess with what I'm sure you agree is beautiful to start with?

I used to work for The Hospital Group and they are very good. My mum also still works there and has had a few things done herself and all has gone well.
The only problem with going abroad is that if anything goes wrong (which is unlikely) then you would have to go back out there to get sorted.
There was a company called "WHY GO ABROAD" which had cheap prices but still in this country so may be worth looking up on the net.

I guess thats a matter of opinion - if you had a body frame of posh spice and ***** the size watermelons - quite simply - they look false - if you take the frame of say...... er i'm struggling here cause everyone these days is SO skinny - but someone say dress size 10 - and enlarged her chest from AA cup to say 32C - then you could probably get away with that!
But on the whole - if you go too large for your natural frame - you risk the balloons on chest look!

Never get how some blokes seem to like false t1ts?? Ive been with a couple of women who've had them and they just felt like they are - lumps of silicon or whatever **** they use now!

False **** are not to my liking but, anyway, these are my thoughts.....
Many countries such as Argentina offer very good service and it is a lot cheaper..... eg. eye laser surgery there was 300 quid for both eyes.....
Only downside is regarding aftercare..... ie. you will need to sort that out back in UK
