I would like to know if anyone has received their new tracker or had payment taken?
Payment was taken from me last year, I have spoken to them several times since and they are not returning my calls. I spoke to a director who said he would call me back after telling me,"they are still having problems with the product," I haven't heard anything since.
Totally unacceptable.
Am just wondering if there are other people out there in the same situation or if anyone has actually received the new unit?

Got mine through last november and took me a couple of weeks to find someone to fit it , that was my only problem . Haven't heard anything about the problems they are having .

It is entirely Scooby related! It is important to point this situation out, if it is changed to unrelated then many people won't see it. I strongly disagree with whoever moved this, not even a mail??
