LMFAO

What a great piece of entertainment !!!

Did anyone watch it?

What struck home was the phone monkey taking ages to even work out how to spell someones surname. (whilst the caller is paying premium rates no doubt)

I now ask every company I deal with :

1. Do all phone calls to you get charged at Standard (ie Non-Premium) Rate?
2. Can you guarantee that whoever I get through to has perfect command of the English Language?

If either answer is "No" - I move my business elsewhere.

It is simple market demand.

Can you post up the name of a company that you have dealings with who would, if they were honest, say "No" to either of the above two questions.

Let's see if there is a company out there that a lot of us currently use that we could give a bloody nose too.

Its no grasp of o de engleesh tho for the most part its just communicating with feckwits that is really annoying

In my previous job I used to work for a company that implemented computer systems in call centers for quality and/or compliance. It was used to both rate the agent and also deal with any complaints. It not only recorded to voice but the screen as well.

Wow, the things I saw: Ebay, ****, cybersex via MSN all whilst entering customer details, answering questions etc...

One of my mates is trying to persuade me to train to run his call centre. if that's what I'll come across I might just do it
