Ikea
Hoping to get a wardrobe for my impending little one.
Look on-line, they don't deliver to my area and the only place that stocks the item is in London which means a few hours drive.
Phone up:
Ikea: "Yes they are in stock but not all of them are on the shop floor"
Me: "If I turn up, can the ones not on the shop floor be brought in?"
Ikea: "Only if they did it last night as they can't operate a forklift during store hours"
Me: "Can you check now?"
Ikea: "They don't answer their phone before store opening hours"
Me:
What a stupid way to run a business.....

I got a mate of mine to check in Milton Kynes had everything I wanted as I was moving that day and had no interweb.
Anyway their website said yes, got to the store, shelves said no!!!!!
Ended up going from MK - Edmonton - home. to get 5 items from Ikea, took 8 ******* hours!!!
