09.00 untill 18.00, and don't normally bother having a lunch break, with an hour journey each way.

Probably do 30 hours a week with flexitime so start at say 7.15 and leave maybe 2pm but having had some time out during the day. 45mins each way commute which I love as I use a motorbike.

Life is too short for overtime or working too much.

37 hours per week. We have flexi time, so I can leave a bit earlier if I want to and have the occasional afternoon off.

Travel is 30/35 minutes each way (19 miles).

50-60 hrs per week is the norm plus travelling if I am out and about seeing clients which varies dependant on where they are....... not unusual to do 400 miles in a day.

Fortunatley some weeks are better than others, this week working from home all week next week looks like 1 day home 4 out and about and approx 1200 miles excluding private miles.

Regards

GB

My standard week is 37.5 hrs per week flexi. 5 mins drive (10 if I get stuck in schools traffic). Maybe the odd weekend on rota for 2-3 hours per Saturday but get time off in lieu as additional.
