Looking to buy a Tacx T1460 Tubro Trainer for my bike.
Anyone got one? Are they any good?
Its just too cold to go out on my bike ........

Turbos are boring, really boring.... I've used my rollers half a dozen times in the last 12mths..
If it was me I'd save the money and put it towards some decent clothes, can't beat being on the road....

Get a decent HH base layer, 3/4 length trousers and get out there! This is the best time of year to be out on a bike!!

Left the house @ 7.30am, it was -3 and by the time I reached work in Edinburgh my ears were easily above freezing
Ditch the trainer idea and buy one of these and a good set of gloves..... ya soft ponce

Agree turbo trainers are THE most boring thing in the history of cycling, after 30 minutes i'm bored sh1tless and wanna get off. Oh and u sweat your **** off with not having the colling breeze that you usually get when on the rosd.
Wrap up warm, i've been going out since the beginning of January, and with lots of thin layers and either 3/4s or tights it's not cold at all.....................If u get cold work harder
