Help needed with virgin media broadband complaint
I have had trouble lately with Virgin Media regarding my internet and i need to complain to them, however the only address i can find is Hampshire, UK: Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, RG27 9UP. Who do I make the complaint to. They advised me that my computer was not working correctly, so I went to have it seviced and cost me money. I want compensation as the problem was all their end and they cost me money needlessly.
Many thanks in advance

Pimmo2000 on here works for Virgin Media (as a help desk person I think).
I wouldn't hold your breath though: They are notoriously bad at the best of times and a claim for compensation is not likely to even get a response.

good luck, i've been complaining for the past 3 months about my broadband speed which is supposed to be 20 meg, but I get at best 2 meg.
They said it was my equipment but when a brand new laptop is connected to the modem their own engineers fail to get download speeds of greater than 100k. I've even bought a new router as this was highlighted as being at failt.
But what can I do I dont have a BT line so i'm shafted either way!
