Smoothies..
We have a smoothie maker, and have recently bought a juicer, and I want to make more use of them... I have a book full of receipes but would rather have some recommendations from you lot - I must be mad!!

Yep
ASDA & Morrisons both sell frozen fruit for smoothie makers, nuke them for a few minutes throw in some fresh juice of choice then switch on the smoothie bit for about 30-40 seconds
