Power2 XJ-F-05 Indoor Exercise Horse - Ebuyer

This is the latest hi-tech horse riding machine designed to give you an effortless exercise work-out, whilst helping you tone and condition muscles known to help you improve your figure. It gives your body the key benefits gained from horseback riding which are proven to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

You just sit on the comfortable ergonomic seat, choose a program and let it do the work. To believe it, you have to ride it!

In just one hour's riding activity, you can burn an equivalent number of calories to a 30 minute jog at 6 mph or a 30 minute bike ride at 9 mph. Because you can use it in the comfort of your living room, you won't ever need to dodge traffic or worry about the weather.
Horse Riding can do wonders for your figure, resulting in toned legs, a shapely bottom and a flat stomach, as well as better circulation.
Riding stimulates seldom-used muscles in the dorsal and abdominal regions and brings many core health benefits, the most appealing being that the user gets fit without actually having to do anything. Compared to walking or swimming, the riding machine causes less physical stress to knees and other parts of the lower body.
  • Advanced 3D virtual reality technology imitates horseback riding experience and helps to build physical strength and endurance
  • 8 curve action with forward / back ward tilt and horizontal motion, strengthens abdominal, side, thigh and back muscles
  • Effectively strengthens the spine and helps to maintain a good posture, develops muscles strength and flexibility.
  • Build muscle strength and raise metabolic rate easily through the smooth seat movement
  • Basic "8-shaped" movement, together with forward / backward tilt of the seat, focuses on shaping the waist and the hips
  • Max user weight 150kg

presumably it wont throw you off if a palstic bag were to be blown up in it's face or a dog should bark at it.

Mind you - you'd never catch a Fox with it.

How many people can it take

They have these machines in the gym that I use.
Can't tell you if they work or not, as I've never been tempted to use them.
I can however say how good the young ladies look while 'riding' them.
OOh err mrs!
