Yep, and pretty much everything within a 10 mile radius of it I lived in Oldbury for a while, the insurance on my Scoob doubled when I moved there.

My advice, get a job somewhere else, take a pay cut if necessary

My cousin had to have bars put on his windows to stop the fu*kers breaking in all the time. If locals get wiff of you having more than a fiver in your pocket, your stuffed.

look along the A442, Bridgnorth down to kidderminster. Some nice villages around that area. Depends what within commute means, go up the A458 even better.
