has anyone bought from these people and had any problems like goods not arriving...?

don't buy from them i bought some portable dvd players from them before and they never arrived, i got SOOOO pi55ed off i waited until 4am to ring them and screamed threats down the phone!

We usuallyu see all that kind of stuff going past us out at sea, about 2 months before Christmas.
Sorry it did not arrive. PSL should be able to sort them out once he has taken Curry's to the cleaners!

i have faith in the police believe it or not leslie
i was completely gobsmaked when less than 12 hours after reporting the crime the police had been in touch with the company in Kong Kong and then got back to me with more info on my missing toy. they also looked up some forums and found threads where some people had ordered and not recieved, other comments were praising them
i am thinking that if HKT's are fraudulent they would not have replied to the police email as quick as they did, if at all................it will be interesting to see if i get it though

UPDATE
this morning i received my PS3 in white!!!
Hong Kong Toys acted as soon as they got a call from the police and sent the PS3, been tracking it for a few days and its here, cant believe it.
my son ordered it in Oct/Nov and gave up emailing them. it looks like they withhold items if you dont follow it through. so many people have not recieved expensive items, i checked loads of forums......
anyway its up for sale now, an unopened white PS3
this morning i received my PS3 in white!!!

they took over 3 months and no reply, they gave crap like no stock, so i changed the order to what they HAD in stock (via email)
and then an extra month , i got fed up. i left a screaming and threatening answer msg, (basically saying i'm visiting HK next month, and when i get there i won't be wanting the stuff, but i'm there to get YOU!... honestly i won't forget it....... hard talk for someone who can only tackle 15, 5 year olds
)anyway on that day/morning i waited until 4am and gave them a call and spoke to a softly spoken lad who was VERY polite and promised to send it to me,
1 week later i received them..
ho hum.. bring back lik sang
