Default Scoobynet sold for a quarter of a million

https://www.scoobynet.com/news-annou...ml#post7439868

How will this affect the website and will the new management be any better than the old?

There have been ongoing issues with racism, poor management, political correctness gone mad and more importantly lack of service/pathetically poor servicing of those who've paid for accounts and 'plus packs'.

Here's hoping things improve under the new management scheme.

There have not been on-going issues with racism what so ever. Poor management? Its been managed really well recently apart from pillock infractors getting away with pathetic points scored against others. Political correctness on here? I dont think so, we get away with a fair bit in the essence of a joke apart from the odd few members who cant take a joke.

Where did 250k come from ?? lol

I think the racism and PC bit to an extend are over played somehow.
But in fairness of a balanced forum, some is to be expected, as is slight over moderation in some peoples opinion at times.

Talking

With all these 'problems' SN appears to have this saddo still frequents SN - and has some 30 posts to his/her name.

Perhaps the problems are theirs and not SN's.

Where did 250K come from? Ask the guy who has made that and more out of this 'community'. Nice infraction BTW, doesn't change the facts and now we have new management I predict things are going to be more accountable around here..........

For such a newb you have quite extreme views, so on the basis that i think your actually a "regular" i have gave you an infraction for trolling.

I got to say...... regardless of how much it actually was, its neither anyones business nor something that should be guessed at or posted without Simon's concent.

As for the management side of things. For someone with 30 posts, you dont seem to be a "community" player, nor a supporter, so why has this got you so bad.
Does it really matter if there is a new owner, how much can REALLY change.

LOL

I think anyone who is interested is capable of reading the thread themselves, rather than having to rely on bitter individuals trolling the forums using duplicate accounts.

To be clear. The ammount mentioned is (as I'm sure everyone will be pretty clear about) not even close, and the true ammount has not been disclosed.

Apologies to all that we don't have a way to do away with this kind of irritation.
