Help Please! Is there any way i can
Take the sound from this youtube clip and put it on to my ipod?

I realy want to learn to play the above song but need to take it to my guitar teacher as refrence as it's not the origanal so he can tab it out.

Use AUDACITY - free audio tool (google it)- you can use it to capture ANY audio played on your PC and save it.
Audacity does a lot more than that - but it will easily do what you want....
