Letting Deposit Guarantee stuff?
Yawn, I know its a good thing to weed out dodgy landlords, but I have no idea what I am meant to do re the new tenants deposit, and am probably foul of the law already and may accrue 6 points 
What is the lowdown on companies & costs of having a third party hold a tenants deposit - any recommendations? Prob need to do it asap!
