I've got money with Lloyds/TSB, Icesave, Nationwide, and some others I have forgotten about ....... you don't getting many issues when you are in credit I find - all much of a muchness.

If they'd lost £7000 of debt I wouldn't have complained, but when it's your credit they lose it's a whole other ball game

Twas a transfer between 2 LTSB accounts done by a human in the branch (on my request). When it didn't show up they were very unhelpful. It only reappeared once I threatened to get the police involved and accused the branch staff of theft.
