I've just logged into my Shell pluspoints account and seen that they sent me 60 quids worth of vouchers at the end of July, but I never got them :-(

There's also several entries in the account for Diesel which I never use in my WRX for obvious reasons.

The ******* took 7500 points off me and I had to fight to get them back. Never had any vouchers yet, despite asking for them.

Had a bit wrangle over losing points a couple of months back, then just last week received £70 of Next vouchers that I can't remember choosing

I gave them a call the other day as i too am missing vouchers. According to them its all to do with when you transfered over to the new system. Dependant on date we should have them by the end of November of end of Feb!

I had points missing from my old Optimax account which should have been transfered to the new V power card - same account number - about 37,000 of them.

Emailed Shell customer services and explained the situation and asked if they could look into it for me about two weeks ago. Had email today saying they have credited my account with the points that were missing so it now stands at around 39000 points. Top marks to Shell , cheers.

It seems that they will automatically send you the selected rewards every quarter, and any spare points will carry over, rather than you having to apply for them.

I finally received my vouchers yesterday which was a nice suprise.

However, the letter also came with 3 'extra points' vouchers which gave 50 points if you used them before a certain date. 2 of the 3 vouchers had already expired :-(

I got my vouchers weeks ago - unfortunatly I was away working so by the time I got around to using the double points vouchers they'd expired

But! I sent them an email months ago about having issues trying to log onto the site with my new card, I'd forgotten all about it - but I got a letter around the same time as my vouchers apologising and saying that they had credited my account with 1000 points.

I sent them a couple of e-mails asking for my missing points from the old system - got them back after a bout a month.

I've had a voucher since - for about £2.50 lol

I'm trying to get mine back now. The new process is a nightmare, they don't give a tel number on the website to ring. You have to wait 48 hours after changing your password before trying again. They didn't transfer any points originally (but they did send me a new card and I could access my old account).

All very badly done IMO. I could easily change as I don't think my car really needs V-Power (as opposed to Tesco or BP).
