Well, at least its completely knackered now; The forks will have damaged the chassis rails, exhaust and probably crushed the odd brake or fuel line anyway.
If a vehicle is to moved by Forklift (or Telescopic Handler
), then it should be placed on a Dolly frame which supports it by the jacking points.

Tart Man, we used to pick our cars up with the Forklift at work all the time, never damaged a single chassis rail
It makes welding exhausts and floors up so much easier

We used one to jump start a Nissan Cherry, surpringly little damage !
Once though, the boss decided to nip in and parked out of the rain in the warehouse, the drive had nipped over the road to BA (MCR Airport Cargo centre) and couldnt be arsed walking so went on the fork lift, gets back at high speed into what he thought was an empty warehouse (I mean what could have got in since he left about 2 minutes ago), it wasnt empty, there was a six month old Orion Ghia Injection which got kebabbed through the boot, two very neat holes !

A scrap yard had a problem with people parking in its gateway so when they got a fairly new Jag in that had had the off-side taken out of it in a shunt they got an old forklift and picked it the Jag from the damaged side with the forks clean through the windows both sides.
Then they parked the whole contraption by the gate with the Jag about 12 feet in the air so anyone looking at it only saw the good side with the forks coming out through the windows. Underneath the car the scrap guys hung a large notice: "This is the last car that parked in front of our gates".
Funnily enough they never had another problem!

Well, I've seen deformed chassis rails from a car moved by a fork lift.
With the execption of vehciles that use a body-on-chassis (old stuff or 4x4s etc) the only points an average monocoque can sustain the full vehicle weight without deformation is the strengthened areas of the sills or the strengthened sections of the rails...i.e the jacking points.
Although that can be iffy if its a rusty old banger. Rusty old Metros/Minis being an interesting mix when lifted by a 2 poster lift. Interior+floorpan goes up, exterior remains on the ground

I think the key is to be careful where you lift.
I've seen the opposite, with a scabby old Marina, the body went up, the rear axle, leaf springs and remains of the chassis rails stayed where they were
