The scottish parliment site - In Scots
This may well be SIAL, because it was doing the rounds a while ago.
But it is one of those things that are worth pointing out to people that may not have seen it. A bit like watching repeats of It'll be alright on the night, you know exactly what's coming but it still raises a chuckle.
The Scottish Parliament: - Languages - Scots
This is a genuine government site. It is for the scottish parliment, translated into "Scots".
What this means is that the entire site can be viewed as if it was written by moses on acid.
here's a taster...
We want tae mak siccar that as mony folk as can is able tae find oot aboot whit the Scottish Pairlament dis and whit wey it warks. We hae producit information anent the Pairlament in a reenge o different leids tae help ye tae find oot mair.
It's very very funny.
No offense whatsoever to those Scots on here. Perhaps they can point out any mistakes.
