Neighbour locked out of her car...
..with the engine running.
So she called the ............... Fire Brigade!
Dunno what the angle it, that its dangerous and might cause harm or what. But personally I think its disgusting..
More to the point.............. its the SECOND time!
I can only assume she knows someone in the job, or I hope she is getting charged a huge fee for it.
On the political stance... I pay my taxes for the Fire service to save people, not get people back in their frickin cars.
If I was in the job and turned up to that, the jaws of life would come out, roof off, job done

Top answers both of you. Glad im not the only one not impressed by it.
She thought it was pretty funny, trying to joke with the firefighters/garage mechanics.

As for being in the RAC/AA.. I pay taxes and rates etc to support the emergency services, and annual RAC membership. Why should a muppet like this abuse the system.
It was a '99 Vaux Omega she got locked out of. Im impressed how she did that.

If the omega isnt deadlocked u can open it with a bit of flat bar,
You used to cut a tennis ball in half and put it over the lock when u press down on the tennis ball the air is supposed to open the doors, This only really worked on Pugs.

To stop the engine is pretty easy.
1. Take a potato and screw it onto the end of the exhaust pipe.
2. Wait for engine to stop.
3. Remove potato.
No idea about breaking in though, sorry.
