Let me prove the point, the road in this pic is near to me, I've seen 8 police officers with speeds traps etc on it (only on sunny days of course as accidents only happen when it's dry and sunny) It's a 30 zone with **** all round abouut, no schools, hospitals etc, it's in the middle of nowhere, but the cash collectors patrol it regular as clockwork on any nice day of the year....

I'm not - and neither are the rest of our shift. The only people who can operate speed cameras are traffic, not response. Also as CID are involved, they will be looking at mores serious offences than can be handled by a fixed penalty notice.

I gassed a family of 3 (not including me) all evening. The punishment seems to be a grumpy wife and no nookie. How come when she gasses the family she can laugh it off, but when I do it, it is marginally worse than selling drugs to toddlers?

Hate to say that was my old manor. I was also gassed just down the road from there once quite a few years back...can of CS gas was thrown into a pub/club I was in after doorman refused someone entry. And as you say, these ******* will probably get a smack on the wrist if ever caught.

CS gas is counted as a firearm now. While you won't get the 5 stretch you would for a gun, I think they would get 12 Months. Or should - lol

They have always been section five firearms - in theory up to seven years in prison for possession. In practice three months in a Young Offenders Hotel.
