Question

Hi guys,

I'm trying to locate the Royal Marines Fighting Fit CD-ROM. It was a Europress title until last year. I've spoken to them direct, but they don't have any stock left and could only suggest trying somewhere in the supply chain for any leftover copies.

Does anyone know of any suppliers of older, even 2nd-hand, software?

Thanks,
Stefan

Try ebay, if you look regularly one might show up.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll keep checking Ebay and Computer Exchange and hopefully something will turn-up.

Lee,

I've spoken to Europress directly and searched Google to my fingers hurt. They're going to get back to me on Monday with some contacts for past distributors.

I've even got mates back at 45 Cdo and CTC checking to see if anyone's got a copy.

Hopefully something will trun up.

Again, thanks for the help.

Red face

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhh hhhh !!

Just bought myself a cool RM video from there yesterday. I'll keep my eye out for it. Wonder if I can check the auction history and offer the guy £20 for the thing.

Thanks SM

Its not easy to get email contact with a buyer/seller of a previous item on Yahoo although in this case I may be able to help. I have dealt with the seller of the CD before so have their email address, they should have the address of the buyer. I've checked and the buyer doesn't have any current auctions so cant be contacted that way.

Email me as profile if you want details.

Cheers Barry,

Ebay's site is down right now for some "maintenance", so somethings gone pear-shaped

I received a call from a very nice woman from Europress. She's told me that Empire Interactive now have rights to that title and it should be re-released at the end of Feb.

So, looks like good news all round. I'll try and get my hands on the Ebay one, but if it passes me by, then I can always get a new copy when it's released.

Thanks for all your help,
Stefan

Exclamation

Ebay's closed every Friday morning UK time, it's their routine maintenance window.

Best of luck with finding that CD.

Simon.
