Flat share agreement.
A mate of mine needs to clear some debt so is opting to rent out one of his rooms.
Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with an agreement you may have used in the past. I've suggested that even if its a close friend this is a financial relationship and needs to be above board to protect him (primarily) and her too.
Any tips would be great.
PS I fancy her rotten and want a caveat in place whereby if she is even an hour overdue I'd need to seek compensation in the boudoir. A debt collection of sorts. ONLY JOKING ABOUT THE LAST BIT

I used to do this when I was a student, never got any fitties living with me though
