Yeh - I've used them once and did not have a problem, Can't guarantee it though.

Thumbs up

I bought one of their auction items about 2 years back - OnDigital prepaid package for £41 + £7 delivery (RRP £99). Service was great and they still hold my CC details with no probs.

Bought a few things, never had any problem

ALWAYS check the sellers ratings, its feedback from prior customers
and QXL offer free insurance so you dont get ripped off(see site for details)

A LOT of the sellers are trade/businesses, but not a problem.

Consider using "NOCHEX" or "PAYPAL" to pay for items if you dont want to give cc details out.

In my experiences I have receive BETTER service from QXL auction sales than any other mail order type purchase.
Ultimately its all down to the person selling the goods, if they have good ratings they should be OK to buy from.

(NO connection with QXL, just a satisfied customer)
