Default No mot

Ive just relise my mot on my company car was due on the 1/09/07 as it was 3 years old then. I am going to book it in asap but i have been driving it since then. What would of happen if i got caught do you get points for that, also i drove to london yesterday and i kept on going through loads of camaras could i have been caught then.

The car is registered to the company so who sfault would it be. I suppose me because i am the driver.

You could be picked up by an ANPR van, or (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) some Police vehicles have them in to.

As for being caught, the last one i knew about got a £30 fine, no points and £30 court charges, having pleaded guilty by post.

It isnt endorsable and it isnt actually very important either.....

Not very important until you have a crash ,and the insurance company refuse to payout! The police near me take the car off you ,then you have to pay recovery charges and storage ,works out to £120 recovery, £15 per day minimum of 1 day storage,plus your fine.
