few years ago was offered a job constructing a new golf course,money was crazy but things like that put me off going just dont know what your getting yourself in for

One visit he wasn't able to complete the tests in the allotted timescale as the work on the install had not been completed on time by the Chinese and when asked to stay on stated he was unable to do so. I am not sure exactly what happened next as he has been convinced that not saying anything about it would be a good idea, but I know he was paid a visit by the Chinese authorities and 'persuaded' to stay on.
Upon his return he informed his boss that he would resign rather than ever return to China and since then has never been even asked to go back there.
You wouldn't get me there for all the tea in ... China

I agree. Any country that bolts car wheels to chassis shouldn't be trusted with construction of large stadia.

People bitch about China and their construction etc however you need to remember this is Chinas industrial revolution.
When the west went through their industrial revolution they were the same but on a smaller scale.
