I won an item on 29th August and paid for it immediately via Paypal.
The delivery cost was £30 and for that I would expect 2-3 days tops (from Devon to Notts.).
The seller has told me that last Friday (31st) the courier 'let them down' and it has been given to a local Post Office to be sent via ANC.
I've emailed the seller asking where it is as it's now 10 days since I paid for it, and I've heard nothing back.They've not even given me any feed-back yet.

How long do I wait before I report it to Ebay and what should I do next?
Am I being to harsh thinking it should be here by now
(the seller involved had 99.9% feedback from about 13 transactions and is a company, not an individual)

Ebay say you have to wait 10 days for delivery, after this you can file a item not received jobby, and if its been given to the local PO, they will use there own Royal Mail not ANC
Ask them for proof of posting or a tracking number ?
