just do what i do when theres a stoopid annoying jingle in your bonce. sort of humm it to yourself, and find a repetitive beat. try remember the rough speed of the annoying jingle, and think of another song, hopefully a better one, roughly the same speed. then mentally mix them in your mind and by tapping the repetitive beat on a work surface or something.
works with me 100%, but i am a dj so used to beat matching.
try that method, or this... i found
