Solid State camcorders
Anyone got one, I have a Digital 8 one (somewhere) but cant be arsed with it, so I fancy a solid state one, the idea of just dumping mpg files to the pc via usb appeals, lie is too short to fart about converting it.
My digital camera does video and its ok but I want something a little better quality but not the bothered about it being dvd quality.

I read in a gadget supplement today of the new panasonic jobbie, that while it is switched on, captures and buffers 3 secs of footage prior to you pressing the record button....
