Intelligent Finance - IF - online bank?
Any users on here who tried to log in on Monday?
I have not been able to log in all afternoon and it is now late on Monday night. It looks like it has been down all day. There is a message stating that they are doing some maintenance.
I am sure that most IT bods on here will know that online banks do not go down during weekday daylight hours unless
a) there is a huge production ****-up that needs recovered
b) there is a huge data ****-up that needs recovered
c) denial of service attack they are dealing with
Anyone got any clues?
We are currently updating our online banking and telephone systems.
When planning this activity, we try and select a time that is least disruptive to our customers.
Normal banking services will resume later today.
We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Could try ringing in the morning and saying, Hi, Im Mike from Put a Thistle in your Fanny and Whistle Something Nice Network Solutions Incorporated,and I was wondering .....?!??!?!
