Any holiday book suggestions?
Due to start my long "summer" holiday soon, and am running out of reading material. I tend to read the whole of an author's work in order, so I have read all of the following:
Michael Dibdin
Ian Rankin
Lee Child
Harlan Coben
John Grisham
David Baldacci
I have also read all of Harry Potter and The Hobbit/LOTR. If push comes to shove I might have to re-read Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials.
So, any ideas for a new author? I suspect I might like Terry Pratchett, but I'm open to ideas. I'm looking for a relaxing read just to take my mind off day-to-day stresses.
