Was logged in to my account today and see a link talking about new price plans coming in for sept 1st and to ring 191 if interested. Looks like theyve already changed whats on offer to new customers and sounds better than my current deal (not enough inc texts). So decide to ring them up.

1st girl has no idea there are even new price plans coming in even when I tell her where to look on their website. End up sticking me through to sales team who tell me "we havent been informed what they are yet". So their advertised on your website telling customers to call in yet no one has any idea what they are.
