Passport Question
I am getting married in September and my fiancee has applied for a passport (Married name) so we are fine to travel.
We noticed it was missing her middle name and sent it back.
Got a call today to say that the original application form did not have the middle name on it and that she would need to pay the full fee (£60) for a replacement.
Haven't been abroad in a year so can't remember, do airplane tickets carry the full name?
Do you think we'd have any problems if it did and the passport didn't?

Don't think they do. I have flights lined up with Thompson and Jet2 and both only have first and last names on the electronic bookings (booked on line and pro formas never asked for middle names). My passport definitely has my full name.

You can put whatever you like on a plane ticket when buying it- you could putmickey mouse if you like.
Its whether the passport you have matches the ticket that will determine whether you can check in and get through security and on board.
No middle name is not a problem.
