Nokia N95
My O2 contract is coming to an end and so phoned them up asking them if i can upgrade to the Nokia N95...they want £130 on top to upgrade to this phone!!
Does anyone know of any deals out there where i can get this phone for free??
I dont really want to leave O2 as they are the only network where i can get decent signal where i live

You can get an N95 free by moving to another provider if your monthly tarrif is around £50 per month. At £35 per month it will cost you around £85.
Just for comparison - So it depends what tarrif you are on at the moment as to whether the £130 offer is any good.

Not strictly true. Plenty of offers around with the N95 for free on £35 tarrifs.
Such as:
Nokia N95Vodafone :: Mobile Phones Direct UK
The 'Anytime 500 + 250 Text - 12 month tariff offer inc. Vodafone Stop-the-Clock £35/Month' is a good deal currently.

I had an N95, but sent it back as it had the wobbly/clicky/annoying slider problem. It was a similar deal from The Link, who took so long to send a replacement I told them to poke it

I'm looking to get an N95 in about 2 months. Also with O2 and can't be bothered to leave. I only pay £25 a month so it looks like i might have to pay the £130 for the phone
On the plus side, i can probably get £100 on ebay for my N73

Ask them for a porting code (PAC) and to terminate your contract. You may not get any joy there and then but usually someone from retentions will ring a while later who can hopefully sort you out Don't have to go through with it if they don't.

My wife tried the PAC threat on Monday - she was being charged £90 for the N95 on a £35 a month contract with O2.
She's now with Orange. (who btw offer £150 for ANY halfway decent old phone when you take out the contract!!)
