Default Anyone on here use the E-lottery syndicate

I have just singed up with e-lottery syndicate

Has anyone else seen or heard of them before? They say you have a 700% better chance of winning on the uk lotto
and are guaranteed the two lucky stars on the euro lottery every week.

i've been playing the uklotto every week for 2 years and only one £10, we will see what happens with e-lottery I wonder if we have any scooby driving lotto winners on here

I should imagine a 700% better chance of winning = 700% less share of the winnings if you did manage to win

Indeed - you're just splitting the winnings across more people.

Take that to its logical conclusion: suppose everybody who plays the lottery were to join. You're guaranteed a win every week, and your share is guaranteed to be about 50p. Half what you paid in.

Well i'm paying weekly, so i can pull out when ever i want, but i'm sure that the winnings would be devided between the other 48 members of the syndicate group.

Having just read the "how does it work" page, I have to say, I still don't know how it works, which makes me suspicious.

48?

So that's a 700% increase in chance of winning versus a 4800% reduction in winnings due to the share?

Or am i Missing something..

I really should stay oput of this thread, I have a track record of coming over all "thick" in probability related discussions.

You should use numbers 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 as nobody else would sue these numbers and you get all the jackpot if the numbers come up

The only winners are the site owners and the people that spam affiliate referrals on forums...

Oh, that'll be you then?

Yes, there are lots of affiliates that point towards that site. I appear to be on the mailing list of quite a few somehow.

With regards to the probability, possibly, I haven't worked it out, but you WILL divide your winnings by 49. So the normal jackpot of £5m becomes just over £100K.
