Got a new bank account and am transfering over DD's...
Anyway, get another confirmation letter today from HSBC for one of my mortgages, i've just left HSBC for my current account as they are fecking useless now, as proven by the letter received today!

Account number - xxxx
Sort code - xxxx
Date of payment - 1st
Frequency - Monthly
Amount to be debited - £999,999,999.99
How much is that? 1p short of a Billion Pounds?

HSBC have honestly got worse and worse every month for the last year or so. Transfering mortgages to someone else as well ASAP funnily enough
