Another smoking ban question
Why is the smoking ban not in force for Prisons?
Any reason why the low life scum of the earth (oops sorry they are called clients now, not lags, inmates etc) get to still smoke

No worries about prisons, if it's decremental to the low life's health, and others around them, then let them get on with it. 
That said its not fair on the prison officers (unless they smoke too).
