As above!!
I am painting my interior doors......

Gloss for sure, never heard of painting your wood work in matt.Save that for the walls - it would look strange if it were all matt.Just my thoughts i
could be wrong though , maybe a new trend to do your woodwork in matt?

What colour? Are they solid or glazed?
PS: Gloss all the way and twice on Sundays. Could go for satin or satinwood but matt is going to look like you've only undercoated them.

Neither, as Vegescoob has said, satin all the way if you have to paint doors at all.

Wouldn't posting hurl make the envelope soggy?

You'd have to blow chunks into an "Iffy" bag.

Just painted all mine white with Dulux Professional Full Gloss (from B+q). Make sure you leave them a week to "harden". Full gloss is easier to clean off dirty fingerprints which you always get on doors. Also looks better than matt or satin and dries to a harder finish, more hardwearing.

Eggshell definitely. Farrow and Ball paint. Plain white and not brilliant white which is as naff as the use of gloss indoors. You'll never get a good flat surface and therefore gloss will never look smooth.

Eggshell is nice for interior, still prefer gloss for exterior. Mind you, all our internal doors are solid pine and just danish oiled.
