My team of TRAINED CHIMPS!!
My crack team of 24/7 out of hours specialist.....
Paid £450 a week extra to respond to out of hours call outs
... first time someone uses the service what do they do????......... sit at home and say that the person MAKING the call should read THEIR ON-CALL instruction book and have a go at fixing it THEMSELVES 
......
