should be easy, be sure to point out your leaving because they wont carry Sky One

Theiving bastds reduce our TV package but never our rental!

When we moved, we took the ntl pack with us. No problems with the engineer coming out both times to do the cabling but it did take admin couple of years to update the address correctly as we kept being cut off!

I take it you haven't rung them to tell them that...they are doing deals and price reductions across the board....but you have to phone them and tell them your not happy first Unless you were stroppy over the phone with the operater and he/she took exception (which they do - they are human ), in which case phone again and you may get a better operator who is more sympathetic to your plight.

To the thread starter: For cancelling, make sure you point out your cancelling because your moving house (or are you moving provider ), otherwise they'll offer you with loads of discounts to stay on.
