Nope, was wet, very wet. Went for a quiet drink in Brighton on Sunday, every pub was full of tossers. Now, back at work, the bloody sun is out. Good weather is wasted on the un-employed !!!

got wet on the golf course, got drunk in the bar - everyone's a winner.
other than that, I would like to give a big thanks to EDF energy for the poxy power cut that began yesterday morning and is still in effect now. The house is cold, the food is off, I fell asleep on the settee and have a stiff neck because the stupid things are too small for adults to sleep on. All that with the mother of all hangovers, but at least that has gone now.
I do understand its not their fault that I have a power cut, and most of my neighbours are in the same boat. But, how hard is it to have uptodate messages on the recorded message? Better yet, have someone on the end of the phone that we can talk to!

Had people over all weekend but got some very weird illness - sort of flu - and still feeling rough.
The weather here in Cornwall on Sunday was quite spectacular - force 9 winds and extreme rain!
